Time for Summer Fun!!

Summer is here and we want you to play it safe this summer. Every year approximately 44,000 people are injured in or around swimming pools and over 600 people drown.  Half of the deaths occur in single family homes with pools.  Some good pool safety tips to follow:     1.  Small children should never be left unsupervised-even for a few seconds.     2.  Fence your pool area and lock it to keep people out.     3.  Keep small children away from the filter, the suction can injure or drag them down.     4.  Never swim alone or let others swim alone.     5.  All pool users should know how to swim.     6.  Keep electrical devices away from the pool and all wet surfaces.     7.  Keep out of the pool during lightning storms.     8.  Never dive in a above ground pool.      9.  Keep lawn furniture away from fence to prevent a child from climbing over the fence.     10. Keep pool covered when not using regularly.     11.
